Here's what you gotta do:
Ingredients
- 1/2 a head of cabbage
- 1 or 2 large chicken breasts (I really love HEB's Lemon Pepper Seasoned)
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 small ginger root
- 1 crown of broccoli
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 green leek or half an onion
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Braggs Amino Acid (sub Soy Sauce, Braggs is a healthier alternative)
- 1 Tablespoon of Worscheshire Sauce
- Optional for Spice, Sriracha Sauce
- Olive Oil added as needed
- Stir-frying pan or large pan
- Large spoon or tongs
- Chopping block or Cutting Board
- Large sharp cutting knife
- Cheese grater for ginger (optional you can always chop finely).
- Pealer
Directions
1. Cut up chicken. Peal ginger then chop finely or grate. Add the chicken, ginger, and some olive oil to pan, cook until chicken is fully cooked.
2. Meanwhile, slice carrots, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, and leek/onion.
3. When meat is fully cooked, add veggies to pan, adding a little more olive oil just to coat the pan and veggies.
4. Add Worscheshire sauce, Braggs, Sesame Oil, and Sriracha Sauce (optional)
5. Stir occasionally until veggies are cooked.
